Can you report back pls as to what it was battered with, the constancy of the batter and weather it was crispy, and browned.
I tryed to badder some and it fucked them up. Maybe too thick of batter.

Just dip it.I'm the egg wash then the bread crumbs I do it twice then fry. Double batter them works best

Try pickled cucumber and red cabbage with onion my mother made it every Christmas well worth a try.
