Egg wash and Italian bread crumbsCan you report back pls as to what it was battered with, the constancy of the batter and weather it was crispy, and browned.
I tryed to badder some and it fucked them up. Maybe too thick of batter.

Just dip it.I'm the egg wash then the bread crumbs I do it twice then fry. Double batter them works bestOK. Ill try the wash... I been trying with pancake batter very thin but that does not work. Will try it your way...thank you.
