I meant, is the aluminum framework going to have concrete poured and the pipes are essentially forming the structural support?
Because I thought they were supposed to use steel & using aluminum is why occasionally you see they them collapse.

These are made of galvanized steel, aluminum scaffold would be a bad idea bc aluminum crumples and rips instead of bending.
