They got directions here in some places of different languages hanging on public restrooms as instructions to the newly arrival illegal migrants on how to properly wipe your ass and dispose the content.
Worked in a facility with a group of guys who all used to shit in the womans bathroom on the second floor. They'd take a disgusting shit and then throw the used toilet paper in the trash. As a result, every few months just the women would always have these private lectures or lessons on bathroom etiquette hosted by a team lead. Disgusting and fucked up but so funny...
