Sweet! - i used to go up to priest lake every once in a while. I grew up in Spokane. I never went farther north than priest lake, but i know where bonnets ferry is. And i mainly went skiing at Mt. spokane, but would go to sandpoint every once in a while. Do yo go to bonners ferry?

Nice! Growing up we'd go down a lot, spent a ton of time skiing Sandpoint and fishing the creeks in the area. As an adult would go down every few months pre-pandemic but haven't been down in a couple years now and its still my registered address in the US for taxes, voting, etc.. I really like Idaho, beautiful country, people are chill (way more than Montana....I actually don't like MT, its turned into a shithole) and incredible roads to ride. I'd like to get back this summer.
Yep - Robert Yates was killing hookers while i grew up there. My younger sister went to school with one of his daughters. His house wasn’t that far from us. I remember seeing a billboard (before he was caught) with pictures of the dead hookers. It was on Sprague Avenue, which is where the street hookers congregated. I totally remember when they finally caught him! And the green river killer was up there. Ted Bundy kidnapped and killed a sorority girl that lived in the sorority next to my fraternity, in Seattle. That happened a few decades before i went to college there, but it was still pretty interesting living next door to one of his victims sororities. I can’t remember who the other serial killers are.
Fucking hell, I lived pretty much like 2 blocks from a serial killer in Tampa FL, Bobby Joe Long he also was doing prostitutes I was like 13 he'd snatch em off Nebraska Ave he was also a rapists answering sales ads in the paper and raping the women but never killing them only the street walkers. He's a interesting case study the way he compartmentalized, also another serial killer with a traumatic brain injury.
