Your profile picture reminded me of this "incident" that happened to me a few months back. I was in an area of upstate New york known for being a paranormal Hotspot.

It was dark out and I needed to get across town. So I crossed through the woods. I was pretty deep on a hiking trail leading to where I needed to go. All the sudden idk how nothing like that was on my mind. Like feeling like being followed

All the sudden I felt like this weird chill that made my hairs on my arms and neck stand up.. and I instantly felt like I was being watched. So as im walking the leaves are crinkling beneath me. I walk, stop.. repeat for like 15 feet, trying to hear if someone is following me.. and when I stopped at around that marker I heard fucking running on top of the leaves right at me, fast dude. I froze..

when it got like 10ft from me all I saw were super dark legs. Like such a deep shade of black. And I was nearly blind walking on this trail... but I knew all of them from childhood. This shade of black on these legs were darker than the darkness of night around me in the woods.. and the legs were atleast chest high on me...

and you know how if a human is running at you, it has to slow down to break a turn. Whatever this thing was jetted at me and at the same fast pace broke a left and ran down an embankment..

and the sound of the running like faded out. Not from distance though like once it hit the embankment it like ran down and faded, amd you couldmhear it fading away in the running pace.. crazy man.

Terror on a level i have never experienced, it like tightens your throat. Unforgettable moment in my life

Don't know if he's considered a convential serial killer but i'd say The Unabomber and David Berkowitz "son of sam" were the most interesting. My aunt used to live in the apartment, that he lived at. I remember the layout of the kitchen and the living room, it seemed very off, definitley some weird vibes in that apartment. It ended up burning down I believe, "Go figure".

I love Mindhunter! I also love True Detective. But only the 1st season. It kinda sucked after that. But season 1 not only has the best story line, it also has Mathew MacConaughey and Woody Harrelson. So, I guess that's kind of a hard act to follow.
