There's a fundamental human need which needs to be satisfied. Those who are genuinely seeking answers, knowledge, completeness, connection with something greater. I believe everyone has this need. Many turn to religion to satisfy this. I don't see a problem with it.
It's the establishment element of religion that people usually want to avoid.

Religion is fucking stupid
It's all based on morals and values.What you were taught,and now as an adult,what you see and seek for yourself.Too many denominations.Such as Catholics,Lutherans,Presbyterians,Baptists,Methodists,Episcopalians,Pentecostals,Evangelicans and Protestants,all forms of Christianity.
I personally dislike Christianity because of how needlessly restrictive it is. You can't say this, you can't do this, you can't act like this, you can't fuck this, etc, for no good reason at all.
You might say that other religions are restrictive as well, but here's the thing: in Islam, for example, the restrictions are based on common sense, i.e. cleanliness rules, no eating pork due to sanitary reasons, fasting which can be good for health, and so on. In Christianity, it's all about "you're not allowed to say this word because I said so," "you're not allowed to engage in this sexual practice because I said so," "you're not allowed to do this because I said so." It's all about restrictions, a tactic that narcissists use to control people.
In short, I think Christianity's rules are fucking stupid and are not based on any objective reality whatsoever. Their entire religion and its ruleset is based on arbitrary, restrictive bullshit that wasn't even relevant a couple thousand years ago when it was created. Fuck Christians, especially Catholics. Fuck them and fuck Jesus up his black asshole.
