Everything about this is very strange. To begin with, the video looks as though a cartoon effect plug-in was used. I don't understand what type of machine that is, and I can't imagine how that man was sucked into the machine like the caption says. It's not a jet engine.
Was he wearing some sort of rope that got pulled into the machine? A powerful magnet, such as an MRI machine?

It looks like edge detection used on security cameras. I think that is a steel mill.
