around city center near princess grace kelly avenue its anywhere from 400.000.00 a month to one million to sublet small apartments because the grand prix and high end casino season kicks in,..
if you go outside montecarlo you may be able to find small 2 bedroom unfurnishedy for 6000 euros....monacco accomadation rental is usually double what one pays in france or spain.
