It's amazing that none of the public were prepared to clean this shit off the road themselves.
I'd have played a blow torch onto that pipe to help the get out of it quickly...

Did you see how shocked they were when the cop car drove through their street theatre set up?
I'd get a bunch of men together to take away all their stupid phones and put the in a heap, cover with petrol and set fire to them.
Then I'd get the men to beat the all up.
