There's a movie, Savior, about the Serbian conflict about a pregnant woman coming to a prisoner exchange, her village boyfriend then sees her & wants to kill her for the Muslim baby inside her, apparently, she should have killed herself, the Muslims would keep them alive to shame the Christian Serb's, not same but very similar.
Look up the movie, fucken blowout! Dennis Quaid in it, not much shown about that conflict.
