Are they in a juvenile prison or some shit? look at all the razor wire out the window and why the door was electrified. It's got me thinking.
I can't see why a prison would need a kiddie playground like the one in the other room.

That would explain the razor wire and corrugated roof.
I remember them as a kid on 'overseas' bases.
Domestic ones aren't usually fortified like that. (game rooms/playground areas)
