It’s an adult beating a child with a hammer , people ! This is violent abusive behavior towards a child. It carries stiff penalties as the hammer is considered a deadly weapon. And it’s a child ! No matter what the kid did, you don’t go after him with a hammer ! That is attempted murder had the other persons not intervened.
