THE WAISTLINE EXPANDING CAKE!

1 batch brownie mix
1/2 cup of salted peanuts
1 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups
1 1/2 cups milk choco chips
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon of butter
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Mix brownies according to directions, and bake for 20-25 mins in a 9 by 13 baking dish. Remove and top with peanuts and peanut butter cups, and bake for 4-6 minutes longer.

While they finish baking, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter, then stir in the cereal. Remove brownies from oven and evenly pour the chocolate mixture over the top.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
 
Today I've been preparing some kabobs for our new years eve dinner - skewered some steak, shrimp, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, pineapples, and artichoke hearts, let it all marinate in a mixture of tiger sauce and Worcestershire, then we'll grill it up tonight. YUM
 
skirt steak. used a garlic rub and a pepper medley as a rub also. cut a lime in half squeezed the lime juice over it. put it in freezer bag. squoze rest of lime in bag let sit over nite. throw it on bbq.5-6 min on each side. fresh baked potato,peas and salad.

today ive cut up whats left of steak,put it in whats left of salad and added balsamic vinnegrette. tastey!

South Texas wild hog killed near Zapata Texas. Backstrap cuts, marinated (unknown marinade but it unfortuately has some teyiyuuky in it). cooked on propane, medium flame about 3 mins/side lid down. open lid for 2 mins.
That looks really healthy, glad to see you don't overdo the vegetables, are they hiding under the meat?
