Have the tire looked at the tire shop.
MAKE SURE they mark the spot on the tire where the valve stem is. That way they can fix it, and re mount the tire withouthaving to charge you to rebalance the tire.

The oldest tire trick in the books is to do a tire repair and then re balance the tire again for extra $.
If the tech marks its location you do not have to have it re balanced and that saves you some bread.
