Trench 11 5/10 It’s near the end of WW1 Johnny sausage eater knows he has lost but needs to destroy an underground laboratory where they have been doing experiments on people. The allies send out a team of men to get evidence of it before its destroyed, what they find are the infected who are very aggressive and infested with genetically modified worms, the Z word is never mentioned of course because they aren’t technically dead but it plays out in a zombie film kind of way. It’s watchable for the budget and the period army kit is authentic it’s worth a try it may work for you.

Mad Max Fury Road. I watched it but I just didn't see the point in it, more driving vehicles covered in spikes through a desert................as if that wasn't done enough in the Mel Gibson Mad Max films. Why cast Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy in this when any other unheard of actors could have done the job just as well. Fucking pointless! 4/10

the first mad max was a great film, dystopian australia, local muscle cars and bikes, shot locally. It even had a plot. Then along came american writers and tina turners retarded acting and you have the generic car chase driven sand land movie featuring assless chaps, mohawks and spikes, ridiculous vehicles. They fucked the franchise from #2 just for the american market.

Black Narcissus. 1947.
7/10
Looked up reviews of The Nun, (the general opinion was it's shit, no surprise there) and this film came up.
A bunch on Nuns set a convent at the foot of the Himalayas and it all becomes a bit too much.
Colourful with some really nice paintings used as the backgrounds, it's a slowish drama that seems to be simple but has alot going on.
