What's on the menu tonight?

I'll give that a go tonight. It'll be like pilau rice then i sopose?
Hi Jiz, the most important thing is to rinse the uncooked rice first under the cold tap, I put it in a metal sieve and keep flipping it over. Then I boil the rice until it is almost cooked then pour it back in the sieve and stick it straight back under the cold tap to stop it cooking any further. Next I scramble up an egg in olive oil, break it into small pieces while its still cooking. Add the rice after it has thoroughly drained and heat through, add a tablespoon of oil if needed, splash of soy sauce if you want but not too much or you'll end up with a brown mess. The result is the lightest, fluffiest egg fried rice that you can get.
Don't forget to rinse the rice first, for as long as you can be arsed, longer the better! and stop the boiled rice from cooking before you fry it, the best fried rice is done with cold rice. Good Luck!

Not really a dinner but... I had a small cocktail today

Is it too much to ask that you take pictures of your food?

Note: Some devices add GPS Long and Lat info to the pictures you take. This is hidden info embedded into the photograph. Obviously this is dangerous if you are taking pictures in your home and there is GPS data in those pictures. You can see if there is ANY Location EXIF in your pictures by going here: Pic2Map Photo Location Viewer

pic2map.com will show you if there is any Geolocational EXIF info in your photos.

Take your picture. Dump into a folder. Go to pic2map and click "keep photos private" and then "select photo files"
Select the photos you were going to upload and have pic2map analyze them. Do not post any photos that has GEOLOCATION in them.

You're welcome.

The corn is to die for. I was on the fence till I got 12 (13 actually) and cooked them up. Had to run back and grab 120 more that I will cook and cut off the cob and freeze.

Slow BBQ'd Hys Chicken legs thighs attached.
Freedom fries. Baby greens with green onion and sugar snack tomatoes out of my garden. This was topped with a home made balsamic dressing.

Eating like this AND being able to play the hairy banjo. Truly a lucky lad.

There's no requirement for those to take pictures of their food.

For posts here I take the table cloth off the table.

For more in-depth food posts or when my friend cooks, those go on a more cooking friendly web site. We used the china (lol)

She will make those decisions for me I am afraid. Not you.
