It's not single player, buy i almost sure that you will love it.
(you can play it very well with joystick or even you can play it very well also with mouse)

Yeap. The game have that problem. If you play in arcade, its too arcade. If you play in realistic, its boring. True.

I also use German planes, only I prefer the Focke Wulf 190 for its maneuverability at high altitudes and at high speed.

I liked the series, did play it a lot, first part too. Had a .config file for BK2 back then which edited the shooting and sighting distances to a more realistic scale, tanks could shoot across the whole map.

Has the game the long-nosed (due to the V12 motor) D9 version as well? Or even the Ta-152? I saw them only in the extended/modded old IL-2 game.
Maybe available for DCS World but the game has no WW2 environment and very few planes from this time.

The newest part from the remakes of the 1984 Amiga/C-64 sci-fi title: Elite Dangerous. Can remember a buddy had it back then and we did try it out. Trading and exploring the universe. Plus pirates.
Bought because of the nostalgic memories.

Did you/we ever play something different than killing each other and war in computer games? I had to think for a while... and did remember my chess computer back then (and later a program for PC) and Sim City.
Maybe I tested a car racing game too because I have still wheel/pedals.

lol, I don't know why. I like war games and killing stuff in them, hahaha. But maybe I will start playing The Sims or someting
