Had to start a new campaign as Bf-109 pilot '41/Moscow front in 'IL-2'. My plane got damaged by a Russian fighter and I could do an emergency landing behind our blue frontline but somehow the game decided I'm missed in action. Very strange.
Because you have no savegames the three months old career ended there. Great.

wtf....

Sucks.

Ultrawings on Oculus is insane. Flying a plane in VR is my favorite gaming experience.

Being an old fuck I can use VR only in the first game of the day for a certain time (around 1 hr) before I get headaches and my eyes can't focus anymore.
I'm considering to set up a beamer on a large white wall for using flight sims but I don't know much about this technique, how the quality of the picture is, etc. I would have to research first.

Yesterday I started a domination game in Civilization V ... today I almost finished it.

Started a new colony in Rimworld again. The 5th time in the last 2 - 3 weeks, the last settlement went quite well on low standards but apparently living near a swamp has the danger of getting a disease/plague (malaria?). Two good men and all prisoners have died, fuu..

I booted up Kenshi after a long break. Made my way to the swamps to buy 20k worth of hash to sell at the other end of the map.. Except one of my guys got stuck on a tree in the swamp on the way out and i hadn't noticed until my entire squad made it through the entire swamp.. And just as I was readjusting his route, he got jumped by a group of 10-20 blood spiders.. Great. So I sent my fastest guy back to rescue him before the spiders ate him and my fucking hash. The rescuer was also loaded with hash and his movement speed was slow, but no man left behind in the RED DRAGON SQUAD!.. So I got to my downed member, Hopper (a bug man, weakest of all races), patched him up, and carried him outta the swamp with 2 full bags of hash, running right through the same blood spiders that slapped my shit the first time.. But we made it.. We found temporary refuge in holy land where we patched ourselves up from the countless dust bandit attacks along the way.. But at least we made it to the desert without any casualties. Even my slow as fuck (10mph run speed) bonedog survived! Now I'll sell my hash for 10x profit and continue working on my grand base/small city until my money runs out again. Next time I'll send a dedicated team of 3 or 4 on the run and have the rest mine ore or build my walls or something slightly safer.. Idk, i might just start selling people into slavery.. Seems easier.

You get robbed on every corner and they have like a boomerang flying snakes in the air.

A lot of things aren't explained. For example - run to train your athletics, you'll run faster over time. Running with ore (or anything heavy) in your inventory trains strength. Getting beat up trains toughness. Ect. You'll be squishy for a really long time.

The boomerangs are post apocalyptic debris, I assume..

Doing that all the time together with my 'bony' woman at the moment, digging for copper/iron seems the only income for beginners besides looting the dead. But I have already better weapons, sleeping bags, first-aid boxes and enough to eat and I try to travel with the nomads/caravans for exploring the map.
I think I found the dope selling mod you spoke about. A bit more money wouldn't be bad.

Sounds like you're figuring it out. The hash is not a mod. Go south-west to the greenish area on your map (M on keyboard). There is a large settlement in the brown center of that swamp (as well as small villages in the swamp along the way). Go to those towns and buy hash. It's legal in that part of the map. You have to sell it to the ninjas thieves guild (this means you have to be a member. Their bases look like large towers in the towns.) Best prices are in the northern desert towns. ONLY SELL TO THEM or else you'll be reported to the police for selling contraband and the shop keepers will steal your hash.
