Sleep Paralysis sounds horrible, I’ve never had it but I’m EXTREMELY claustrophobic and makes me cringe hearing stories of it..
I haven’t had anything super vivid but I have had the exact same dream a couple times a year I’ve had since I was a kid.. super weird and every time it is the exact same..

I never had sleep paralysis until I moved into my new house and Iv had it twice so far it’s horrible it’s definitely terrifying not being able to pull yourself out of it. Iv also had good dreams though like swimming with giant whales lol but when I have bad dreams they’re really bad.

i definitely had to much to dream last nigh, I'm dreaming of a white Christmas and sweet dreams are made of this.

If i'm not dreaming about sex but i'm having one of those dreams where everybody you know is in the dream and you have to do something impossible i reset to a sex dream. Nothing more boring then people telling about their dreams or what they dreamt last night, as if..... and most people lie anyway....People looking for higher meaning in their junk dreams are like those idiots who talk about astrology and ask you: what's your sign?Am i in a Graziani thread?

Always end up in a bad positions when i'm dreaming from getting kicked out from work to thrownig myself or being killed by creatures that i some how believe in or i've seen on tv. When it comes to sleep paralysis i always enter that step if i slept on my back that's why i prefer sleeping on the sides. Night terror is also a thing that made my family members scared of me since one of the odds i start screaming like i'm being electrified, it's something that been with me since childhood. All these had bad effect on my sleeping program and made me suffer with insomnia.

The ceiling is caving in like it's jello and my knees are weak. I'm having a huge erection. Nixon too. Five trampolines sit in a swiss landscape , Britney Spears sings a song but i don't understand the words, Is she singing Armenian? Gos only knows. Blue, i'm in the ocean now but i aint wet ???!!!! Elon Musk whispers in my ear: don't drink the wine.Th room is now full of people and they are all telling their dreams, i pretend to listen but i want to dance. I'm dancing now with Pamela.... Anderson or is it Gloria Vanderbilt?Mother is now a chicken and the cookies are burned. I don't like this dream. Soooooo.......weird , right? dreams....

I never had sleep paralysis until I moved into my new house and Iv had it twice so far it’s horrible it’s definitely terrifying not being able to pull yourself out of it. Iv also had good dreams though like swimming with giant whales lol but when I have bad dreams they’re really bad.

I used to have frequent episodes of sleep paralysis. It's quite scary the first several times. My eyes would pop open and I'd feel fully awake and then quickly realize that I can't control my breathing and I can't move. At that point, the panic sets in and I'm completely unable to react physically. It's all mental panic at that point. Then after what seems to be a very long time I begin to gain control of my breathing and movements. Then I'd lie there freaked for a bit not able to go back to sleep. Sometimes I'd have get out of bed and chug down two or three beers before I could go back to sleep.

After I figured out what it was, it became less scary. Eventually I was able to recognize what was happening as soon as my eyes popped open and keep from getting freaked out by it. After so many times I realized it wasn't going to kill me and was able to keep my mind calm throughout the episode. I can usually just relax and fall back asleep now instead of kicking up the adrenaline and not being able to go back to sleep. Sleeping on my side prevents it, or greatly reduces the likelihood of it occurring.

I have never experienced the 'black figure' that some claim to when experiencing sleep paralysis. I did have one episode that felt like an out of body or a levitating experience. I felt like I floated up out of my bed. That was a pretty vivid dream experience.

How convenient cuz i just woke up from a dark and vivid dream:
someone stole my bicycle, possibly a dark skinned individual, i couldn't tell cuz it was night, i ran after them yelling;

I go camping a lot. Had to buy a big tent, cause the first tent we had was small, as we were poor when my partner and I first got together(24 years ago). I am claustrophobic. Getting to sleep would be alright, but if I woke up in the middle of the night, the panic would set in and I would get a feeling of not being able to breathe. My partner would think I was a mong, as I would be yelling " can't breathe... Get me out of here!". My hands wouldn't work properly and I would be fumbling trying to get the zippers open. The funny thing was, The tent we had was screen right around and you could see out of it fine in any direction. But just being in that small confined space was no good.

You have a lot of awesome castles in Germany. Ludwig sent the country broke building em, but they are awesome. Especially the one that Disney use in their logo... And as for the sleeping bag, never used one cause of that feeling of being trapped...

Fuckwad gave me an idea. Yesterday he mentioned one of his dreams, I mentioned one of my cousins and he said something about a thread on dreams. Since I'm the new site owner and you're dad faggot dogs I'll create one for you to dump your dreams on. I'll go first. When I was on injections of a medicine called Olanzipine, I use to have strange dreams. My gf at the time had the same issue. One of these dreams involved myself, a fat golden man with a belly like your mums saggy vagina, and a teary eyed woman whos genitals were mutilated all the way to her inner thigh. We were in an abandoned warehouse, had a strange grey blue hue and seemed grainy. The fat glowing gold slob then started jumping from one foot to other in a sort of joyful dance then ordered me to eat that bloody cunt of the weeping woman. Needless to say, odd dream. More to it, I have forgotten though.
