So far this week I've made
Pan seared sea bass with garlic, chilli and ginger, alongside green beans and mushrooms in a black bean sort of sauce.
Before that, mussels in garlic and herb sauce with mustard mash and some greens (probably green beans or mangetout, can't remember)
Before that was haddock with.. stuff.. can't remember that either (drugs eh) ah was a haddock pad Thai (yep) with egg noodles (I think)
And yesterday was "Szechuan chicken" (but not really as my mum was here so it was pretty weak) with egg fried rice
