Guatemala~~ A thief who was caught on camera multiple times, stealing from shops and homes, was arrested and released immediately by the court. Neighbors in this town of Esquipulos were so upset, that they took justice into their own hands. He was taken to a rural area where he was beaten up and dragged down a dirt road.
