Great! You dream more now!! Ask your subconscious what it dreamed, and it will give you just a sliver. Grab it, fast! It doesn't last long at all!It's done the opposite for me. I did used to have a nap every day on my sofa but over time the weight of all my muscles broke it.... So now I sit in an armchair and only sleep when I go to bed. I sleep for 12 hours more often than not. Eating when in bed helps to sleep longer and I usually have stuff in my system which also helps me sleep.
Lucid dreaming. I did it once without trying, but it's very difficult. The best thing to do, while you are dreaming, is to get into the habit of saying in your dream, "Am I dreaming right now? I can control this..".I worked with a lad who said In his dreams he is aware that it is a dream so can take control and fly out of his bedroom and fly around his neighbourhood. Which sounds great if I could do it.
I can't remember what I dreamed last night.... ! Frustrating...
