A classic Rijsttafel, a type of Indonesian rice dish. Nowadays its a spread for multiple people, but in the 1930s' and beyond they served it very differently. It took about 20 waiters to serve. As Robert Ripley once described it, his dinner that night went like this:

"Dishes were layered with boiled rice. Second waiter ladled vegetable curry over the rice. Third waiter spread fried bananas, and then eggfruit. Fifth waiter dotted plates with potato balls, then came curried chicken on top of that. Afterwards there was fried duck and 10 varieties of fried fish. Next came rissoles, croquettes, pastries, sausages, fried eggs, baked eggs, and liver. They were topped with pancake strips, and then meat skewers, cucumbers, chopped onions, grated coconuts, chilies, zuurjes, chutneys, and peas (but I would take the peas out, that's the only thing I hate). Finally, the last waiter would pass out kroepoek, which are crinkly rice-flour biscuits as large as a plate."

Side of crinkle cut fries with extra salt
Chicken caesar salad with loaded bacon, parmesan, anchovies and a poached egg
Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
A couple of frozen cokes
