How do you measure/call it over there? In % air humidity?

Glad this night was only 32% that's quite dry; good for sleep.
But I know what you mean.

the dew point. moisture in the air. like when i look out the window,and see my windshield and windows on my car are all wet. or just the car being wet really. like if it just rained.

damn Russian weather come to me, here in Thuringia (Germany) it is moderately hot to very hot during the day and pleasantly cool at night, with lots of mosquitoes.
