I'm stuck with someone who's had a pretty rotten year. But yet, he has brought unhappiness into my life and made me feel like shit a lot of the time through no fault of my own.

I have 2 children though and I have to make today for them.

I like Christmas, but it's lost its edge now the kids are all in their 20s, buying and receiving clothes isn't too exciting, but it's nice to make the effort... It was November 20 years ago that I had to move out from the family home, I was determined to make Christmas as good as I could, but shopping for toys and games in the mall with both happy and sad Christmas songs playing was terribly difficult.. so I fully understand how some people struggle at this time of year

Just do your best to get by and get through, hopefully next year will be better for those people
