The wailers are either absolute retards, or the culprit has mental health issues which cause psychotic behavior that could otherwise be quelled/moderated by medication/therapy. Aka shooter could have schizophrenia or could be bipolar. Could have been on drugs. If the wailers know of such mental health issues or drug use, they behavior could make some sense… although they’re dumb fucks regardless for being in the vicinity of the culprit if he weren’t pinned down n could still shoot them
