Vicious knife welding maniac tasered in Aus Nursing Home...

This is why whenever a cop in a leftist state or country gets killed, it always puts a big old smile on my face.

The reason why there is so much incidents of police brutality all over the world is because so few people are going after them when they do these kinds of things.

A knife can be deadly in an instant... people who frequent gore sites SHOULD be the first to know that..
A cop that can't handle a 95 year old woman with a knife should never have been in that uniform. i f you are so scared that you have to tazer someone that old just step back and away she will never catch you zimmer or not.

I watched a video which may be on here and I think it was an Aussie policeman where a guy had was swinging a machete the police waited and timed to perfection when to go in and he just flipped the guy, now that's what you call a man. Not some fat fucking cowardly piece of blubber that is scared of a woman that is almost a centenarian.

Police have refused to say if the officer who tasered a 95-year-old woman in an incident that left her fighting for life will be charged.
Clare Nowland was found holding a serrated steak knife at the Yallambee Lodge in Cooma, with police called to the residence to help disarm her.
Police allege she was still armed with the knife when they arrived at the aged care facility.

After officers failed to get her to drop the knife, Ms Nowland was struck by a taser, causing her to fall and hit her head. She is now “in and out of consciousness”, with her family by her side in hospital.
On Friday, NSW Police Assistant Commissioner Peter Cotter stressed the investigation into the incident is being taken very seriously, but declined on multiple occasions to answer questions over whether the senior officer who discharged the taser would be charged.
“I am not the investigator, I’m not in the position to talk about whether this officer will or will not face criminal charges,” he said.

Towards the end of the press conference, Mr Cotter was asked: “What are the potential charges the officer could face?”
“I’m not going to answer that,” he responded.
Mr Cotter then thanked the journalist for raising the question, but cautioned her against continuing to ask.

Emergency services called to Yallambee Lodge

A call was made to emergency services at 4.15am on Wednesday following reports 95-year-old Claire Nowland was armed with a steak knife at Yallambee Lodge aged care home in Cooma.

“I know where you’re going with it, but in absolute fairness to everyone involved here, I’m not going to talk about this specific officer and any criminal charges,” he said.
“Let me just soften that one for you. But, please, don’t ask it again. I think I’m clear on it.”

Investigation involves homicide squad

Mr Cotter told reporters the homicide squad, along with the critical incident team, are involved in the investigation of the matter.
“What I can say is that this is a very alive and serious investigation ... which the homicide squad is investigating,” he said on Friday.
He described bodycam footage of the incident as “confronting” and said it was not in the public interest to share that video.
The incident occurred at Yallambee Lodge. The incident occurred at Yallambee Lodge.
Officers attempted to negotiate with Ms Nowland before she started to walk towards police with the knife in hand.
Mr Cotter said she was using the aid of her walking frame and approaching officers at a “slow pace”.
It was then that the senior officer allegedly discharged his taser, causing the 95-year-old to fall to the ground and hit her head.
“She was in a room ... she did have a knife in her hand and it is fair to say that she was armed with that knife,” Mr Cotter told reporters.

What happens to the officer who discharged the taser?

Two police officers attended the aged care home after the call came in, alerting them that a 95-year-old resident was armed with the steak knife.
Cooma police station is not operational 24 hours a day, so the officers were recalled to attend the job after already completing their duties for the day.
After failing to negotiate with Ms Nowland to drop the knife, one of the officers - a senior constable - discharged his taser.
He will not be coming into work while the investigation is underway.
His “duty status” is under review by the police force.

“No officer - not one of us - is above the law,” Mr Cotter told reporters on Friday.
“All our actions will be scrutinised robustly.”
NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb said in a statement on Friday the matter was being treated with the “utmost seriousness”.
“My thoughts are with the family at this difficult time. I understand and share the community concerns and assure you that we are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness,” she said.

Aged care home responds

I've been tased, it sucks big time. Never ever want it done again. The after effects makes you feel like you're gonna shit yourself. 💩💩😳😳

Old people of that age are frail as fuck and their bones are like chalk. They have the strength of a baby. Needing to taze her is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe nursing staff couldn't grab her from behind - most likely got caught up in a bit of drama in their boring work environment so called cops for a little excitement ... well they got it !
I work in the hospital and we have some pretty strong, confused, and violent 90 year old patients. We all group together and give them an IM to calm them down, but many of our staff has been punched, kicked, and bitten. Don’t let their age and “fragility” fool you. I almost got kicked once while 9 months pregnant.

Fair point, I imagine there are quite a lot of oldies who are complete A-holes too, where age and appearance doesn't make them sweet and stereotypically 'nice' .

I've been a nurse for a long time, and I am shocked that this happened. First, what in the fuck is the staff doing all day besides watching tik tok and Jerry Springer on their phones? The knive should have never left the kitchen. Period. At a lot of places they don't have ANY sharp objects for this exact reason. Second, what in the FUCK are the police doing tasering a little old lady who was WALKING SLOWLY IN A WALKER! If she was confused why weren't the nursing staff watching her like a hawk? Because they were required to! Hitting your head is hard on anyone but it can easily be fatal in an older person..I hope she pulled through but either way that "nursing home" needs to be shuttered. They did not protect her when she needed it and the dumbest idiot cops act like they have never been through police training, by the way they acted..

You can die by pretty much by anyone swinging a knife if they get the right vein. What people don’t understand is that just like yourself, cops are not going to put their lives at risk for a complete stranger. Whatever slight risk it might be, I wouldn’t take it either. Especially when it happens on a regular occurrence. I’m not a cop lover, but I do try to think logically about these incidents. Fuck the BLM cowards who have no idea what it’s like to use a tactical approach and all they do is run their lip.
Yes. I agree. She looked like a lethal bitch to me... bad news... should have shot her... full mag.
