naaah , I feel bad for the old lady, she was not doing anything wrong she's just old and a bit slow to be aware of shit and her muttley wandered into that lift probably cos it smelt meat or some shit from someone else being in there and the doors shut. Lifts are cunts of things , and often don't do what they're meant to.
