That little stretch of road looks very pedestrian-friendly! I can see ample sidewalks, places where people can sit, hell the sides of the road are elevated enough to where anyone can sit on the sides if they want. There are ZERO reasons why this guy should be in the middle of the road! Doing so is just being defiant and those that ran him over are not to blame.
