Some days are very warm (i.e. >30°C) and I need to run the AC, others are quite cool (i.e. <10°C) and I need to run the furnace, the media and climate change bedwetters are losing their mind. But 10° to 30° is perfectly normal for August in these parts.
my A/C has been on since about april-may. still running. the heat i dont turn on till oct/nov.
hot n humid again today. overcast most of the day. we didnt get any rain, as "predicted". was hoping for it so it would chase the humidity out.
Had a hard time standing there without getting pushed back.
We never lost power, so this is good. Power companies are staging across the street, probably 50 trucks. Not sure where they're from but we thank you for being here.

We're ok, some damage around but that's to be expected. Still have some strong feeder bands coming in, but nothing we can't handle.

well it rained this morn around 930 for about an hr-hr and a half. and did it fucking rain! humidity was worse. skies cleared up,sun came out, made it more fucking miserable. now hte humidity is s l o w l y clearing out. sposed to be cooler tomorrow. fingers crossed!

Here it's around 10°C/51°F outside. Inside I have 22°C/72°F without heating now; as an old fuck I won't go showering in this temperature. Have to make a fire or the electric bathroom 'grill' on.
