Wow.I thank you all for your replies.I will list some I personally like and have seen as well.We Were Soldiers, Hamburger Hill.Mosul(based on an Iraqi SWAT unit sent to fight ISIS in Mosul during the retaking of the city.Highly recommend.)Saving Private Ryan.A Bridge On The River Kwai.Even tv shows I like as well.Cannot remember now but there was one that had 3 seasons before being cancelled.Shit,i have to look it up now.

Tour Of Duty I loved.And there's one in Russian about a Russian Penal Battalion Unit during WW2

Edit:Tour Of Duty was that show I was thinking about.Loved the intro and music.Season 3 sucked!!

1st season of Tour of Duty is awesome! It was especially great that we had it recorded on VCR, so we had all the original music. Years later I bought the 1st season on DVD and hearing all the stock music that was out in over the original music was sad. Still a great show. Zeke Anderson was such a great leader.

I actually like the remade music.Not the original that they had with that song.Probably because when I got it on DVD,that's how it was.But the original sounded pretty awesome as well

Seen them both.Great movies.I prefer the one from the Japanese side.Just the better movie in my opinion.Thanks for your input.

Since ppl mentioned most of the films I was going to recommend. Gonna recommend lesser known foreign war movies. Very bloody and action packed. I liked that they were about wars no one really talks about

I too love war movies but breaking the mould a little watch the 13th warrior. It isn't officially a war movie but it's a fantasy movie back in the viking days. Still a very underrated film imo

If you want a really good one that you probably never seen check out "Battle for Sevastopol." It's based on the true story of Lyudmila Pavlichenko in WW2.
