That is my workshop, and walk in freezer. Those tiles are commercial grade built for strength. They are the same type you would find in a restaurant. They are needed to withstand heavy food deliveries for dinner guests. The walls are called faux painted, not wallpaper.
If you beg me enough maybe I will show you my IMAX home theater with fiber optic star ceiling, bordered with colorful accent lighting.

Ceramic tiles, commercial grade or not, aren't what you'd install in a workshop.....ever! The reason they're used in kitchens is because they can be sanitized. In a workshop they'd be completely useless. Slippery AF, would crack & chip in no time, wrong choice when you need to mount tools like a planer, cabinet saw, band saw, drill press, etc. And what backwards Boratesque Kazakhstani architect designed scott's mansion where you have to have food brought in through the workshop to the commercial freezer? I'm guessing the reality is its a single wide trailer and from the entry door scott has to walk through the meth lab on the way to the dinky kitchen.
