Do you have any life goals you want to accomplish before you die?

For me - I am the cook in my family, it’s always been an interest for me. This year I started a recipe journal for everything that I make, with commentary of what was good, who liked what, alterations, etc.

I am doing this so my family can recreate something they enjoyed that I made, to be remembered.

Make sure EVERY family member gets a copy. Only my sister got my mom's cookbook and she lost it, along with all those recipes I'll never enjoy again.

Yes, thank you for asking! I hope to make two bucket list pilgrimages to the continent before my time here is over, one to Bavaria for their legendary Oktoberfest and the other to Amsterdam for their epically renowned Cannabis Cup. Both of those require large investments in time in order to be fully immersed so to speak, which I simply do not have these days. <fingers crossed>
