I hate to say I would have to disagree, we do have dams and levee's however they still break and flood and I'm not sure about how much we have tamed the ocean 😉👍

Humans most certainly have not tamed water. It likes to remind us of that every now and then.
I remember looking out when i was at sea and just being amazed at the awesomeness of the ocean. In storms i learned of the power of the ocean. Water doesn't fuck around.
