God has never proven his existence, from what is said about him, he could do so easily..
Your right He could. Look how many people in the Bible seen His miracles and extraordinary power, and still refused to follow Him? Look how many people went astray. The existence of God has never been the problem as much as people just wanting to so what they want regardless of the truth.

My mother taught me all about faith when I was very young. I had accidentally set fire to my cubby house from lighting candles and I hid at the top of the driveway behind a bush as she yelled at me to come out.

I don't think 'belief' in science is the right concept.
It's more that what science tells us seems to work and can also be used to figure out theoretcially what might be out there and then we can look for it and behold! There it is! I am alluding to Einsteins gravitational lensing here.

1.Those are some very good questions brother. I do believe in provable, testable sciences like gravity and the speed of light and sound for example. I don't know much about the other theories you had mentioned to be honest. Those are things I have to learn more about.
2. There's a time to physically respond and there's a time to pray, I don't dismiss medical emergencies and surgeries. They are necessary at times. Your a miracle worker in your own ways. Even Luke in the Bible was a physician. So yes, if one of my loved ones were having a serious medical emergency and you decided to just pray instead of acting, I'd probably think you were a total quack lol

Scientific method is the key to the truth whilst religion is the key to how to live ones life amongst one's neighbours harmoniously.
Without science we would be living in a hunter gatherer society. And even then elements of scientific reasoning would have been used to figure out how to hunt animals and how to shape stone tools. Or to make fire... someone had to notice that friction have rise to heat...
