Trust me you will hear it soon , there are always unannounced constructions without people knowing and they get suprised all of sudden.
Don't worry about his legs he has built fake limbs out of all the chicken bones he has eaten they are kept ready for emergency.
His legs extend out maybe 6-8 inches.....I highly doubt any structures are built that close to the tracks... he knows this...
