Done properly, easy as pie.
I treat the CO’s from the various prisons in the Chino California area, poor guys come in after the inmates splash them with feces/urine bombsThe inmates in the prison I work in do the same thing. I am always surprised because they know whats coming next...Sabre Red pepper spray. Despite what the general public thinks 90% of us hate going hands on. Too much paperwork, and the risk of getting hurt is high. But when it comes down to it...its just a job and I want to go home at the end of the day. So if an inmate starts a confrontation I call for backup and spray him.
Its even worse if we have to use the goon squad. The whole thing has to be videoed, and everyone involved has to complete paperwork before they leave for the day.
The state HATES litigation.
