FYI Antisemitic Jews?

Researching antisemitism in communist regimes is really weird. (I was bored, and kind of fell down a rabbit-hole of history.) Because especially in the cases of Hungary and Czechoslovakia, the most enthusiastic antisemites and enablers of antisemitism, were Jewish communists. Like the Hungarian Matyas Rakosi or the Czech Rudolf Slansky.

In both countries these were Jews who became communists, changed their names to sound less Jewish, and then basically proclaimed that Jewishness was a bourgois poison, and that the only way Jews could be emancipated was to cleanse them of Jewishness as an identity.

The Hungarian Matyas Rakosi was the only Jew to become ruler of a communist regime. And once in charge he forced Hungarian Jews to swear a weird oath to the communist party in which they renounced Jewishness as a cultural identity and promised that it was only a religion.

The Czechoslovak general secretary Rudolf Slansky literally started a deranged antisemitic conspiracy that Jewish nationalist bankers were trying to destroy communism, and began a nation wide paranoid purge campaign in pursuit of those supposed conspirators.

Ironically or predictably (depending on who you ask) he was eventually himself accused of being part of the antisemitic conspiracy theory he had invented. Put on a show trial, was tortured into confessing that he had created Israel, and then hanged.

(This is not unusual at all in Jewish history. In the Middle Ages and Renaissance, the biggest advocates against the Jewish community were ethnic Jews who entered the Catholic Priesthood. One famous example was Nicholas Donin. Though he was far from the only one.)

The antisemitism of Communist Poland was the most cynical. The communist party was embaressed by the widespread anti-Russian attitudes of the Polish public. So the leadership decided to deliberately promote antisemitism as an alternative. This was enthusiastically supported by Jewish Poles in position of power within the Communist Party, who again, opted to distance their own connections to their Jewish origins.

Jews. Even other Jews hate them.

I just find Hasidic Jews to be hilarious in general.
It's their cutesy curls maybe.
Anti-zionism seems to be often confused with anti-semitism I guess is the Hasidic jews stance when it comes to freeing Palestine & the current & never ending turmoil in Israel.
In reading your thread title though, I thought of that photo. The Hasidic jews seem often to hate other jews & Israel in general but, I think that's not anti-semitism exactly but, anti-zionism. Not every jew is a Zionist & not every anti-zionist is an anti-semite because if they were, that would mean all jews were zionists and THAT is quite an anti-semitic statement. 🤔

I guess it's no different from white people who hate other white people for being dumb, ignorant leftists who ignore the truth and follow after lies and false information. 🤷

Didn't you say you lived in NY or NJ? Nobody understands jews better than people that are from those 2 states. I'm from one of them, down south here where I live now, there's lots of people who never even seen a hasidic jew.

One NAZI characteristic I agree with. The ending of the vermin. The sneaky ones. The killers from the shadows. The cabal with an evil hand in all deceitful things. Evil deviants in human form.

Yes, I lived in Queens, on Long Island & not only was it predominantly jewish (then anyway) I spent an awful lot of time w/a Hasidic Rabbi & a female Rabbi (absolutely NOT recognized as an actual rabbi by the Hasidic Rabbi & their council & congregation btw) due to ministry service. I think the female rabbi was one of, if not the 1st, female rabbis in the USA at that time. I learned a bit about Judaism from them but, also the Opus Dei council guys (some of them family) said often the only good jew is the kind w/the curls & to only listen to & trust them. 😆 We moved from Germany & it was very anti-Jewish & I sounded like a lil Nazi girl w/my accent & anti-semitic colloquialisms which I got in trouble for as a kid & probably why I had to spend time w/the rabbis. 😤
I also was friends w/2 sisters (from a set of identical triplets) who were (sort of) visiting from Israel who were in NYC w/the UN/Embassy crowd but, in a military program similar to ROTC because every female in Israel is expected to serve in their military for 2 years (then anyway). It was mandatory but, also a pride thing. I was a military brat & females were pretty rare in the US military except in the medically related MOSs, that I saw anyway. I was kind of shocked but, thought it was way cool too. They trained hard! One of those girls was killed actually in Russia, sadly, after she left. She was a good person & friend.

I agree that New Yorkers & Jersey-ites have a better grasp of how it is to be around US jews versus Hollywood jews or other parts of the country where there are notably larger communities of jews. US jews are also way different from Israeli jews but, living in Israel, particularly Gaza, seems so amplified & militant in comparison so, I see why there's a difference in their interests & ideologies.

The Bolsheviks were Jews as well, lenin and his buddies. Genrikh Yagoda killed plenty of them (also a Jew)

Another Jew killed this guy and then Stalin had Beria kill that guy. Circle of life.

Rákosi was Prime Minister of Hungary from 1945-1953 and also head of the ÁVH (State Defense Authority) (it was a similar organization to the Russian NKVD)
Rákosi has always been a communist, he was already in prison during the previous right-wing Horthy regime together with several fellow Jews for his communist activities even before the Second World War
The leadership of the State Defense Authority also consisted of Jews, Gábor Péter (original Jewish name Eisenberger Benjamin) and Mihály Farkas (original Jewish name Lőwy Wladimir), both of whom were also Jews

Stalin became very paranoid after 1948 and also became anti-Semitic, as he also began to see that the Jews were colluding on a global level and he strictly forbade this, so by 1953 Jews were already being executed in Moscow on charges of "conspiracy" and "Plan X" was completed which would have called for the gathering of the Jewish population in the entire territory of the Soviet Union and their deportation to Siberia
But Plan X did not come to fruition, as Stalin's stroke doctor was only called 11 hours after his stroke and he died within a few days
Stalin was dissected and a rat poison called "Warfarin" was found in his blood, which causes a slow cerebral hemorrhage, so Stalin was poisoned and died unnaturally
At that time, the Soviet leadership immediately suspected the Jews, so all Jews in leading positions were removed from their positions throughout the entire territory of the Soviet Union (many were rehabilitated only in 1989, when the Soviet Union ceased to exist)
Rákosi was exiled from Hungary to a remote part of the Soviet Union, where he also died, the Jewish leadership of the State Defense Authority was also replaced and they were given civilian jobs in the future and until the organization ceased to exist in 1956, it was led by a Hungarian leader, László Piros

The fact that there is constant political suspicion in the Soviet Union is a common thing, the Russians are paranoid like that
Stalin also executed almost the entire military staff on the charge of "conspiracy", although it is unlikely that it could have been true
But this is still the case today, the Russian leadership is very paranoid even against its own, it can be clearly seen that even under Putin, significant political murders have taken place or are still taking place to this day, and very strict prison sentences or death are imposed on anyone who does not do what they are supposed to do. Russian leadership commands and even defies it

I don't know what doctors used warfarin for in the 1950s but, it has been used as an anti coagulant for decades in the USA for the prevention of heart attacks & strokes. Lots of people take it. I don't believe he was assassinated at all. He took iodine drops for high blood pressure 🙄 and seemed to become (more) unhinged & had atleast one stroke before 1953. His autopsy showed he had a series of lacunar strokes towards the end though. If he'd been having mini strokes those last few years, it would account for the type of dementia he had & his noted behavior.

At the end of your post there @Imi I think you might be having some type of stroke that makes you repeat yourself too. 🤔 Are you okay?

people are people and hate is everywhere no matter the colour or creed or anything. its just the way the world works unfortunately.

idk if its a good thing or not. i think everyone should experience hasidics at some point in their life. from their attitudes to their stench.
its something one will never forget!

Cool bro. My family is from flushing and Jackson heights. I'm not from the city though. I was born and raised upstate. And all the jews come up there during the summer to the Jewish camps. So I'm very familiar with them. I think they are kinda funny. They don't bother me tho. I'd much rather have them than a bunch of Muslims or whatever. For the most part they pretty much mind their own business and stick amongst their own kind. They can't drive for shit though 😆

But yea that's cool bro. I'll chop it up with you more another time 🤙

Have you experienced them before? Or just vaguely been exposed to them?

It's true: there is always some kind of strife between people for racist, economic, war, or religious reasons or there are just fundamentally evil people who find pleasure in hurting other people
That's why I don't believe in world peace, that people will one day live happily next to each other, and this is impossible, and the American media constantly broadcasts this dream in the media

Not everyone has to suffer, only those who deserve it, those who are criminals or lead a sinful life
There are enough problems in the world, and the older you get, the more problems you will have (financial, but especially health-related) and life loses its meaning more and more.
To forget, sooner or later you forget the problems that happened in life, you have to learn, even if you don't forget, to get over the problem, it can't keep chasing you
This does not mean that a person does not learn from it, but someone who is constantly stuck in the past or is haunted by past traumas and is unable to rise from it is a mentally ill person who needs medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.
