The victims were identified as Dawerd Daniel Cera Cervantes, 21, auxiliary nursing occupation with bullet impact in the Torax and Angela Michelle Orozco Iglesias, 26 years old, with a bullet impact at head height.


The victims were moving as barbecues on two different motorcycles, heading towards Baranoa; the woman was transferred injured to the municipal hospital of Baranoa where moments later she died, and the affected man was left lying without vital signs at the scene of the events.

Darwen Cera, who was a resident of Soledad Atlántico, had been in Polo Nuevo for a week.

The quadrant patrol states that the victim had a history of illegal possession of weapons, and this homicide would allegedly be related to an attempted motorcycle theft.
