The 35-second video, believed to have been captured by the black box of a car waiting at a traffic light on the other side of an intersection, showed the car crashing with a loud bang about 10 seconds later.
A large hole is made in the exterior wall of the building, and a car seen in the dust jumps over the two lanes in front and falls onto a road with many cars waiting at a signal.
The vehicle fell vertically to the road floor in front of the vehicle and was captured rolling on one wheel and overturning.

People around the accident site said they were shocked and heartbroken.
A man who runs a shopping mall near the accident site said, "I heard a loud bang and when I came out, the car was broken and debris was flying everywhere."
He continued, "The crashed taxi fell into the space between the car waiting at the signal and there didn't seem to be many vehicles that were directly damaged."

It is reported that the driver of the crashed vehicle died and eight people were injured.
Police said the number of injuries is likely to increase further.
A witness said, "I saw an elderly couple with a child coming out of the damaged vehicle, and I saw dust and debris on the child's face. I hope the number of casualties does not increase."
