Ukraine already received many hundreds of billions in foreign assistance that came from confiscated & forfeited (?) Russian assets as well as their neighboring countries. They got some too.

Someone should make Zelenskyy the next big fundraising celebrity. He's very good at getting others to fork over monies anyway, if nothing else. Maybe there'll be a cure for cancer then.
