Yeah, thats an extra felony in california, they treat using bear mace on someone as a lethal weapon (or at least, they HAVE done that before, fuck if i know what the SF DA will actually charge, esp knowing the sf da somewhat personally)

I have multiple "friends" (acquaintances more like) that have been out on bond for homicide and robbery charges for like 5 years now lmao, theyre never going to prison for something they have them on camera doing. So i doubt anything will be done here ngl.
