disaster Fool Brake Checking Truck

Car is in the wrong, yes. But I do question the events leading up to this. Was the car provoked by that truck? Maybe not intentionally, but an example would be - truck was passing another truck in the left lane, going 68 mph in a 65 mph zone. That would irritate the fuck out of me if I get stuck behind it.

Fuck that car. Because trucks pay a substantially higher tax to use the road and the economy is dependent upon them trucks should have a significantly higher right to use the highway then dipshits like that car does.
They do have prioritization, hence the CD supplement requirements on the operator's licensure, as well as increased insurance premiums and liabilities for damages when at fault. Hazmat haulers, first responders and military transports have even more responsibilities on the nation's roads and interstates in the U.S., especially in inclement weather, similar to those that work at airports around commercial aircraft haulers and carriers. Speaking of this, in downtown Delray Beach, Florida yesterday (Saturday 12/29/24), there was a firetruck that illegally tried to pass through a closed railroad crossing (link below) and was destroyed by a high speed train. The firefighter driving is in for a world of shit over this, or at least he should be.

Provoking or not, it's better not to mess with someone who is driving a truck, especially if they are behind.
