This is the kitchen after what I can only describe as a "moment" yesterday, not sure I've been quite this mad before! Aaaand ya, that is a curry I ordered, was hardly gonna cook in that mess eh

Anyway I don't what happened after smashing up the kitchen... I was in the bed doing like snow angels in blood 🥴🤔😳🫣 then there was an ambulance outside... and then two of the crew were with me in the living room (also a bit fucked)..
Funnily enough one of them was the guy who first did my mental health assessment at the psych ward (I didn't have to stay in... and I'm fucking shocked they didn't bring me in last night bless em).

I asked if I could touch them "to make sure they were really there" 😅 very surreal was totally out of it, very cut up.. very bruised, feet are fucked (glass)

Been up since 6am trying to clear this mess up.
Didnt deserve it's own thread but well saw this thread and thought ye, fuck it.. have some of my madness

I haven't been this bad for around a decade 🫣
Soooo... now im going to get daily visits from the crisis team instead of every other day (they're bloody good people eh)

Landlord never saw the mess. Managed to get it all tidied up well enough believe it or not...
Only redecorated the kitchen a few months back too...

Silly twat hey, a litre of gin and some bad vibes later....

But have made the place look somewhat okay again.

I do tend to hoard things lol but I also tend to keep things clean and tidy, just totally lost the plot since nye. No excuse obviously but.. surprising how quickly things went down hill once the tumbling started..

Have you considered taking it out on immovable objects that will slowly make you reconsider your choices as you permanently reshape your knuckles?

invest in a heavy bag and take it out on that.
