I'm not being pedantic! It's a very interesting fact about the dialogue used, to represent different perspectives of the same situation.

I'm no expert though. I only saw the movie in the cinema in 1995, bought the VHS Blockbuster rental copy 2 weeks after its release. Bought the retail copy upon release. Bought the DVD upon release. Bought the Blu-ray upon release.

Watched the BBC2 Network Premiere, without a TV license.

May have even torrented it at some point.
