Yes, overhead cable.
1 - The tipper body is in the raised position, chinks don't look up when they are moving something because of their slitty vision.
2 - You can see the flash at 00:08 and the reflection on the back of the cab (circled in pink)
3 - All the tyres/wheels experience earthing sparks

I always thought the safest place in a lightening storm was insidea. car as

a) the tyres insulate
b) the steel body of the car acts as a Faraday cage and causes the electricity to flow aound it.

That's right; however it's a Chinky truck so who knows what's going on. Maybe the tyres are so bald that the steel belting is showing and in contact with the ground. Chinks are an utterly useless race, 99% of their technology is stolen. I'm convinced they didn't invent gunpower and paper.
