In the offshore parts of both of the USA's coastal regions, they're going to be putting new nuclear-powered energy stations there & the energy will power the cities via underwater cables I guess. Sounds like a terrible idea having read about this cable cutter attachment for submersibles but, we need the energy.
We have the military to guard it though.

Their "projects" effect the rest of the world though I.E. their giant dam is spinning Earth off it's axis a measurable amount.
I think they should blow it up and start again.

I subscribe to the Australian and it's interesting what they will and wont accept in the comments.

You can't go too hard on the Abo stuff else they reject it. By too hard I mean say anything that indicates there is a difference between the western indigenous down south and the 'cultural' indigenous up north and down through the centre. It's like it's verbotten. Kind of like 'all abos are real abos'...

Here's an example from this morning that was rejected:

"The level of indigenous incarceration is not 'our shame' it is a shame on those indigenous people who break the law with such abandon.

The 'culture wars' are giving licence to indigenous law breakers and those who support them. The courts almost bend over backwards not to incarcerate or not to withold bail to the detriment of not only society at large but to those who, by not receiving consequences for their acitons, are emboldened to break the law yet again.

We have not had the conversation in this country about the difference between urban, western inculturated part indigenous people and those in far off remote areas where literacy in English, numeracy, western medicine etc is so low that it is almost non existant. And the results of this are intergenerational unemployment, chronic health issues, lawlessness etc etc.

If you really want to close the gap you need to look at the remote areas. The only effort I have ever seen that had any hope was Howard's intervention.
Anything else is just so much WTC noise..."

As you can see, my language is much more moderated than on GG!!!

I'm hearing ya, there's a ton of stuff I could put up but it's just bullshit even though it follows my thoughts, couple of years back I looked at news stories from the different channels & compared them, then correlated them to what was said on the same subject from overseas, what a shit show, everyone had their own take on it in different ways, whether they juiced up the figures, changed the aggressors, all slightly different, won't matter who you get news from you'll have to sort the wheat from the hay, still get called names & have your political alliances picked for you, I went with ABC for one reason, they didn't have pop-up shit going on at the sides.
