Because I drive HGV's I often have to drive in ever-changing weather, that sometimes swings rapidly from one extreme to another. Do you have the same issues where you live? This video was taken as it went from a dry day to a torrential downpour.
I've never seen it go from one extreme to another, and that car in the ditch, covered by water probably hasn't either lol
The weather has been crazy for a while now, one moment you could go to the beach or have a cookout and next moment youre fighting for your life because of the wind and rain lol. not to mention the fact that after another 30minutes the weather would be back to the perfect bbq type
so far our weather here has been the same all month or so. nothing but rain. maybe a day here n there where its not,but its spring. soon it will be hot and humid. and nasty!

There is as much fresh water under our feet as there is salt water in all our oceans; they lie about everything. Oil is not "fossil fuel", the earth creates it, it would be seeping up all over if we weren't pumping it out of the ground. Most people are completely oblivious as we are being robbed blind.
