He didn’t give anything away. Nor will he. It “if I don’t put my money in my name? I don’t pay taxes on it and the next person to receive it doesn’t pay taxes. They just “manage the foundation” as in let me grab some tax free money for my needs.

Philanthropic funds are common, they enable tax avoidance, provided five per cent of net investment is "donated". I'm assuming it will also be to avoid some kind of inheritance/death tax the state will want to levy on him.
