I am a fan of war movies myself, for me the best of the best is "Apocalypse Now", it's not really action packed but it's a mood driven film it's seriously atmospheric.Black Hawk Down was really good. I try to catch it every time it's on tv. It's usually shown on FX. I like all these war movies that are set in the 90s or later, and any Vietnam-era movies.
